Nico almost chuckles against his lips: she's never been with anyone quite so traditional about it all, and getting a 'very well' instead of a 'fuck yeah' is weirdly new and charming. For all Hubert's obvious inexperience there isn't anything about this that isn't good; it's nice to let him take his time, to feel her out, and to try to figure out what he wants to do next.
